Passionate Motivation offers a variety of classes for different athletic levels and sports needs. If you’re looking to improve your game and take it to the next level, you can find the support and resources you need right here. Additionally, I personally consult with every single client to understand each one’s unique goals. Because at Passionate Motivation, every athlete matters.  With private training, you will receive the most feedback to improve your game with measurable results each session.

2+ Player Trainings

Per Hour:

2 girls: $45 each girl

3 girls: $35 each girl

4 girls: $30 each girl

5 or more girls: $25 each girl


Want to train with one or more friends? Then these intense player trainings are for you!  Improve your athletic performance through a strategic mix of practical sessions, involving all areas of game play necessary.  You will become comfortable with the game both on and off the court. If you’re looking to elevate your game, Passionate Motivation training is for you.

Speed, Agility, and Jump Training

Per hour: $80
Same prices as 2+player trainings

Speed, agility and jump training drastically improves your athletic performance.  You will move quicker and be less prone to injury.  Speed, agility and jump training are necessary for athletes to reach their full potential on the court. Check out the short video below!

 

Healthy Morning

Sports Nutrition Coaching

Free for private volleyball lesson clients 

I’ll teach you the ins and outs of the game as well as offer healthy nutrition tips to up your game level and energy levels.  With two 4-year Bachelor Degrees, one being in nutrition, I know what it takes for the body to operate at the optimal level!  I offer general nutrition advice for clients of any age and experience level.  It’s a great opportunity for athletes to boost their performance, with measurable improvements that are revealed especially during game time.  It’s very important for athletes to know what to eat before and after workouts as well as games!  This is an added bonus to being my client for private volleyball lessons. Just ask!
