Christy Callahan Cromwell's full bio may be found by clicking on the link below. She has 13 years of coaching experience at the college, club, high school and middle school level. Cromwell has also gained experience through learning from various former Olympic players and coaches.  She played for 4 years as an opposite hitter at Stevenson University, serving as captain her senior year.
Coach Tarese Hadith Aka Coach Tee has a vast 17 years of volleyball coaching experience at the college, club and high school level. She began coaching club volleyball at Starlings Volleyball from 2001-2006 and continued as the Varsity Volleyball Coach at Pikesville HS from 2007-2010. Coach Tee loved coaching so much that she volunteered to coach for TCA Volleyball Club from 2009-2012. Coach Tee decided to advance her career as the Volunteer Volleyball Coach at Baltimore City Community College (BCCC) from 2012-2015. The next year, Coach Tee took on the position as the Head Women’s Volleyball Coach at BCCC from 2016-2017. Currently, Coach Tee serves as the Head High School Volleyball Coach at Owings Mills.

Coach Tee has numerous years of playing experience and played volleyball at Coppin State from 1991-1993 and graduated from Coppin State in 1993. In 2017, she was Inducted into Coppin’s State Hall of Fame for volleyball and basketball.
Coach Aerion Slocumb joins us with over 10 years of coaching experience. Coach Slocumb began his coaching career by attending several Gold Medal Squared clinics, taught by Carl McGown, a former Olympic volleyball coach. He began assisting at Greater Grace High School and moved up to the Varsity Head Coach at Greater Grace Christian Community, where he has been the Head Coach for the past 6 years. During this time, he was the Volunteer Assistant Coach for Baltimore Elite, as well as Harford Community College, a Division I NJCAA team (with Coach Christy Cromwell). Coach Slocumb continued his career coaching for Baltimore Elite Club for three years. Two of those years, he served as an Assistant Coach for the top 16’s and 17’s teams and finally took on the role as Co-head coach for the 15’s team. Coach Slocumb has coached for several camps including Greater Grace volleyball camps and Acheivement Volleyball camps with Christy Cromwell.
Coach Aerion began playing volleyball over 10 years ago. He plays pick up indoor often and beach volleyball.
